Our client was looking for an event company capable of hosting an outdoor activity in London for 450 guests. While they considered options like a sports day in Regent’s Park or an “It’s a Knockout” style event, a GPS treasure hunt remained their top choice
This was our clients 3rd multi city event with us and one to top them all!
This particular client liked to top each year with a new and exciting theme to enhance the previous year. So 2025 had to be bigger and better than the previous 2 years!
We were delighted to deliver a second ‘Amazing Race’ for a returning client from Penta Hotels who had just joined LGH Hotels. Having experienced the event previously, they were so impressed that they made it a priority to introduce the concept to their new company!

This event was by far our most complex and action packed that we have ever created.
The results and feedback from all involved was nothing but positive and a true reflection on our attention to detail, meticulous planning and brilliant app.
We have worked with Warwick Conferences on many occasions at this fantastic University on their fam trips and helped to engage their clients through our creative event ideas. However this event brief was passed to us via Warwick Manufacturing Group at the University.
Our client wanted the ultimate team building experience and was inspired by the TV show “Race Across The World” Race Across The World.
Upon initial conversation with our client, it was clear they had the bones of a fantastic event concept. They just needed our help to stitch it together and the technology to make it happen.
We had been working with Openreach for the past 12 months and provided around 10 other successful events around the UK. These events were our off the shelf outdoor and indoor events, however this booking was for a very bespoke package.
The brief for this event was pretty simple :-
Guests – 40 x VIP’s for a celebration event.
Start from the château and finish at la Croix Blanche Loir et Cher for lunch.
