The clients challenge

An outdoor activity for 450 guests in london

Our client was looking for an event company capable of hosting an outdoor activity in London for 450 guests. While they considered options like a sports day in Regent’s Park or an “It’s a Knockout” style event, a GPS treasure hunt remained their top choice.

They chose ClueGo because of our five-star reviews and bespoke service, which truly set us apart from the competition. To accommodate their international team, the client required the hunt content to be translated into:

  • French
  • Italian
  • Polish

The three-hour event offered guests a whistle-stop tour of London, featuring a specific stop at the New Balance store on Oxford Street and the inclusion of iconic red London buses.

Our client selected the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge Hotel as the starting point; having managed events there previously, we knew it was the perfect hub for a group of this size.

our solution

Our Next Level theme was the ideal choice for this brief, featuring a diverse range of interactive challenges that ensured total participation. As guests navigated the streets of London, they weren’t just sightseeing—they were immersed in a high-stakes, city-wide adventure, competing for the top spot on the live leaderboard.

Our Next Level theme allowed us to weave custom New Balance content and product-focused challenges directly into the game. This was our most ambitious translation project to date, with 200 challenges translated for the client’s international guests.

Logistics were handled through a clever “two-way” route. Half the teams headed to Oxford Street on foot, while the others were whisked away on Routemaster buses for a sightseeing tour of Westminster.

Mid-way through, the groups traded places, ensuring everyone experienced both the high-energy GPS hunt and the classic London bus tour.

The Verdict

The event concluded with a high-energy finale at the Park Plaza. By combining clever
logistics with fully localised, brand-specific content, we delivered a seamless
experience that was as professional as it was fun.

Whether for 40 guests or 450, ClueGo continues to set the benchmark for bespoke corporate adventures in the capital.
