Our Tower of London treasure hunt is one of the most history steeped locations that we cover in London and a serious consideration when looking for a place to start your event.
Site of the original 1066 Norman fortifications The Tower of London has been the seat of Kings, prison to Queens, home and execution place to both. The original Norman tower (The White Tower) was built in 1078 and deeply resented as a symbol of Norman oppression.
The castle grew over the following centuries and became the very centre of English power right through the crusades and beyond.
It even has its share of royal ghosts including Anne Boleyn (minus her head) Lady Jane Grey and King Henry VI.
Home to the Crown Jewels and Ravens its now one of the UKs most popular tourist locations.
