There is a stretch of the Midlands — the technology parks around Warwick and Leamington, the automotive and engineering corridor, the business parks off the M40 — where thousands of people work and where the default away day option is a drive into Birmingham or Coventry.
Warwick is the alternative, and it is on the doorstep. A medieval town centre, a castle, a river and a compact set of streets that make surprisingly good treasure hunt territory, all within a short drive of most offices in the area.
ClueGo events here are fully managed from start to finish — iPads, a live app, a bespoke route built around your venue, and an experienced ClueGo event manager onsite throughout.

Your event starts from your own office, hotel or conference venue. If you are based on one of the technology or business parks rather than in the town itself, that is not a problem — we come to you and build the route from your building.

How a ClueGo Event Works
You give us a date, a group size and a start address. We take it from there.
A ClueGo event manager arrives at your venue, sets up, runs the briefing and hands out the iPads. The app then guides each team along their route using GPS, unlocking challenges, photo tasks and puzzles as they reach each hotspot, with a live leaderboard running throughout.
Most events run two to three hours including briefing and results, and they go ahead in all weather. For dates where you would rather not chance it, our wet-weather indoor games bring the same competitive format inside your building.

How much does a team building day in Warwick cost?
Events are priced per person and fully inclusive — event manager, all iPads and equipment, custom route design and full event management from booking to final scores. There are no venue fees for outdoor events. Send your date and group size and we will come back within 30 minutes.
Our office is on a technology park, not in Warwick town. Does that work?
Yes. We come to your building and build the route outwards from there. If you would rather run the event in the town centre, we can start from a hotel or venue instead — it is your choice, not a fixed itinerary.
Do you go inside Warwick Castle?
Routes run through the streets, the Market Place and the public spaces around the castle rather than inside the grounds, which means no admission charges and no opening-hours restrictions. The castle approach and Mill Street still give you the backdrop.
Is Warwick big enough for a treasure hunt?
Comfortably. The medieval street layout packs a lot into a small area, and a compact town actually makes for a faster, more competitive event than a sprawling city centre. For larger groups or repeat bookings we can extend into St Nicholas Park or run the event in Leamington Spa instead.
What group sizes can you cater for?
We cater for any sized team! Small teams run as a single competitive hunt; large groups are split into balanced teams by the app, all on one live leaderboard.
What happens if it rains?
Events run in all weather. For dates where you would rather not gamble, our indoor games bring the same competitive fun inside your venue, and we can hold both options open until close to the date.
Do we need our own phones?
No. We bring iPads pre-loaded with the app, and your event manager looks after all the kit on the day.
Can we combine Warwick and Leamington?
For longer formats, yes. The two towns are ten minutes apart and have completely different characters, which makes an interesting full-day route. Tell us your timings and we will tell you what is realistic.
