On the day, a ClueGo event manager arrives at your building, sets up, runs the briefing and hands out the iPads. The app then guides each team through their route using GPS, unlocking challenges, photo tasks and puzzles as they reach each hotspot, with a live leaderboard running throughout.
Most events run two to three hours including briefing and results. They go ahead in all weather, and if you would rather not chance a date, our wet-weather indoor games bring the same competitive format inside your building.

Yes, and it usually does. We come to your building, brief your team in your own space and start the route from your front door. There is no coach, no travel and no public meeting point. If your office is on a business park rather than in CMK, that is fine — we build the route outwards from wherever you are.
Is Milton Keynes a good place for a treasure hunt?
The grid layout and redway network mean teams move quickly and safely without crossing heavy traffic, and Campbell Park gives large groups genuine space. Routes are designed around your start point rather than dropping everyone into the same central loop.
What group sizes can you cater for?
We cater for teams of any size! Small teams run as a tight competitive hunt; large groups are split into balanced teams by the app, all on the same live leaderboard.
What happens if it rains?
Events run in all weather. For dates where you would rather not gamble, our indoor formats — including the Bletchley-inspired Enigma codebreaking challenge — bring the same competitive fun inside your building, and we can hold both options open until close to the date.
Do we need our own phones?
No. We bring iPads pre-loaded with the app, and your event manager looks after all the kit on the day.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates — especially summer Thursdays and December — go weeks ahead, so earlier is safer. We have turned events around in under 24 hours when the calendar allows. Send your date and we will confirm availability within 30 minutes.
