TREASURE HUNTS IN CARDIFF BAY

Treasure Hunts

Cardiff Bay

Cardiff docks the power house of the industrial revolution is a fantastic location for our treasure hunts.

With the history of the docks and interesting areas to explore Cardiff makes for a great day out experiencing a Go Urban treasure hunt.

The docklands area of Cardiff gained the name Tiger Bay from the sailors who visited it. It’s a reference to the danger that these streets once represented at a time where sailors could come and go in a day and murders went unpunished. However locals describe a much friendlier place now in modern days!

Expect to learn some interesting history on this package for example Roald Dahl the famous children’s author who was born in Cardiff. Like his stories his life was equally extraordinary.

In WWII Dahl was a pilot for the RAF. His service saw him crash landing in Libya and recording five aerial victories, qualifying him as a flying ace!

Mix all these question related clues with very creative photographic and video based tasks, hidden treasure chests and scavenger tasks and you have a fantastic day ahead on our Go Urban Cardiff treasure hunt!
