A ClueGo event manager meets your team at your venue, runs the briefing and hands out the iPads. The app guides each team along their route using GPS, unlocking challenges, photo tasks and puzzles at every hotspot, with a live leaderboard that keeps every team pushing to the finish.

How much does a team building day in Brighton cost?
Events are priced per person and fully inclusive — event manager, all iPads and equipment, custom route design and full event management from booking to final scores. There are no venue fees for outdoor events. Send your date and group size and we will come back within 30 minutes.
We are travelling down from London. Does that work?
It is how most Brighton events run. Start from your hotel or conference venue and we build the route from there; if you are coming straight from the station, we can design a route that begins within a few minutes’ walk of the platform so no time is lost.
Where do Brighton events start and finish?
Your event starts from your own venue rather than a public meeting point. Most groups finish on the seafront or in The Lanes, where there is somewhere to eat and drink for every taste in the office, but the finish is your choice.
Is The Lanes too confusing for a treasure hunt?
That is rather the point. The alleys make navigation part of the challenge, and the GPS app means no team ever gets genuinely lost — it just makes getting somewhere quickly considerably harder than it looks on a map.
What group sizes can you cater for in Brighton?
Anything from 6 to 6,000. Small teams run as a single competitive hunt; large groups are split into balanced teams by the app, all on the same live leaderboard.
What happens if it rains, or if it is blowing a gale?
Events run in all weather, and teams are usually too competitive to notice. For dates where you would rather not gamble on the coast, our indoor games bring the same competitive fun inside your venue and we can hold both options open until close to the date.
Do we need our own phones?
No. We bring iPads pre-loaded with the app, and your event manager looks after all the kit on the day.
How far in advance should we book?
Summer dates go early in Brighton — it is a popular away day destination and hotel availability tightens well before we do. Send your date and we will confirm within 30 minutes.
