This virtual class focusses on relaxation and learning through creative painting and drawing skills.
Based over an hour per session Nicola will tutor you in using charcoal, pencil and acrylic paints to create a rewarding masterpiece!
What do i need?
A device to join the Zoom session. Your gym kit, ingredients or art equipment.
how long does it last?
Please allow 30 minutes for the fitness sessions and 45-60 minutes for cooking and art classes.
