Central London, without the pavements

Not every team wants a city route. Some groups want the afternoon to feel like being outside — grass underfoot, room to move, and no waiting at pedestrian crossings between challenges.

London is unusually well supplied for this. Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, St James’s, Green Park and Kensington Gardens sit in the middle of the city, most of them within ten minutes of a major office cluster, and all of them large enough to hold a group of several hundred without anyone noticing.

Every event is fully managed: iPads, a live app and leaderboard, a bespoke route and a ClueGo event manager onsite from briefing to final scores.

Park Routes and Start Points

Your event starts from your own office or venue and moves into the park, or begins at a park gate we agree with you. Routes are built around whichever park is closest to you.

Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens

The Serpentine, the Albert Memorial and enough space for the largest groups we run.

Regent's Park

The Inner Circle, the rose gardens and Primrose Hill at the northern end for the view.

St James's Park

The lake, the pelicans and Horse Guards at the eastern end — the most central of the parks.

Green Park and the Mayfair edge

Compact, straightforward and useful for a shorter format or a smaller group.

Battersea Park

South of the river, quieter and with more room, useful when the central parks are busy.

Routes stay on paths and open ground, so the going is easy and the whole thing works for a group with mixed mobility.

How a ClueGo Event Works in the Parks

You give us a date, a group size and a start point. We take it from there.

A ClueGo event manager arrives ahead of your team, runs the briefing and hands out the iPads. The app guides each team using GPS, unlocking challenges, photo tasks and puzzles at each hotspot, with a live leaderboard running throughout.

Most events run two to three hours including briefing and results. Park routes suit good weather best, so for dates you would rather not gamble on, our indoor games bring the same competitive format inside your venue and we can hold both options open until close to the date.

One Event, Fully Bespoke for Every Occasion

Summer socials. The reason most groups book a park route. A warm afternoon, grass, and a finish with a drink in hand.

Large company events. The parks handle numbers that no street route could.

Away days. Half or full day, with the hunt as the centrepiece and your sessions built around it.

Wellbeing and team days. For groups who want the afternoon to feel restorative rather than frantic, a park route does that without losing the competition.

Groups with mixed mobility. Flat, paved paths throughout, and routes that can be built to whatever distance suits.

Conference energisers. A 90-minute compressed format that gets delegates outdoors and back sharper than any coffee break.

FAQ

your QUESTIONS answered

Usually the one closest to your office, since that is where the event will start. Hyde Park suits the largest groups, St James’s is the most central, Regent’s Park gives the most variety, and Battersea is the quietest. Tell us your postcode and group size and we will recommend one.

Not for what we do. Our routes use the public paths and open areas in the same way any visitor would, with no equipment set up on the grass and no exclusive use of any space. If your event is large enough to need a formal permit, we will tell you and talk you through it.

Events are priced per person and fully inclusive — event manager, all iPads and equipment, custom route design and full event management. There are no venue fees. Send your date and group size and we will come back within 30 minutes.

Park routes are the one format where we would genuinely rather move you than push on. Events do run in all weather, but a park in horizontal rain is less fun than a city route, so we usually hold an indoor option open alongside a park booking and let you decide close to the date.

Yes, and better than a city route. Paths are flat and paved, distances can be set to whatever suits, and there is somewhere to sit at every point on the route.

Yes. Regent’s Park links naturally to Marylebone, St James’s to Westminster, and Hyde Park to Mayfair and Kensington. A mixed route gives you the green space and the streets in one event.

No. We bring iPads pre-loaded with the app, and your event manager looks after all the kit on the day.
