We arrive at your office, brief your team in your own space, and run a fully managed GPS treasure hunt built around either your own site or the nearest town centre — whichever suits the day better. Nobody needs to spend the morning in a car park waiting for a coach, and nobody has to travel into London.
Where We Run Events Across the Thames Valley and Surrey
Every event starts from your own office, hotel or conference venue. From there, we build a route through whichever town works best for your group — often the nearest one, sometimes the one with the better finish options.

Built Around an Office Start
Most events in this region start at an office rather than a hotel, and that changes the practical shape of the day.
We arrive early, set up in your reception or a meeting room, and run the briefing on site. If your building has grounds or sits near green space, the route can begin on foot from the door. If it makes more sense to move the group into the nearest town centre first, we plan the timings around that and make the travel part of the event rather than dead time before it.
The finish is equally flexible. Teams either come back to the office for the results and a drink, or we time the route to end at a pub or restaurant you have already booked. Either way, an experienced ClueGo event manager runs the whole thing from briefing to final scores, and every team gets an iPad with the live app and leaderboard.
How a ClueGo Event Works
You give us a date, a group size and a postcode. We take it from there to create a memorable bespoke team building day out.
The app guides each team along their route using GPS, unlocking challenges, photo tasks and puzzles as they reach each hotspot, with a live leaderboard that keeps every team pushing to the end. Events typically run two to three hours including briefing and results, and group sizes run from six to six thousand.
Events go ahead in all weather. For dates where you would rather not gamble on the forecast, our indoor games bring the same competitive fun inside your building, and we can hold both options open until close to the date.

We are on a business park, not in a town centre. Does that work?
It is the most common way we run events in this region. We come to your building, brief your team in your own space and either start the route on foot from the door or plan the timings around a short move into the nearest town. There is no requirement to be somewhere with a high street.
Which towns do you cover?
We run events regularly across Surrey & Thames Link. Routes are built from scratch for every event, so if your town is not listed it is worth asking — the list reflects where we have been asked to go rather than where we can.
How much does a team building day cost?
Events are priced per person and fully inclusive — event manager, all iPads and equipment, custom route design and full event management from booking to final scores. There are no venue fees for outdoor events. Send your date, group size and postcode and we will come back within 30 minutes.
Do we have to travel into London?
No, and that is rather the point. We bring the same events we run in the capital out to you, which saves your team a round trip and usually saves the budget a chunk of travel cost as well.
What group sizes can you cater for?
Anything from 6 to 6,000. Small teams run as a single competitive hunt; large groups are split into balanced teams by the app, all on one live leaderboard.
Can you work around a conference agenda?
Yes. We run a compressed 90-minute format specifically for conference slots — briefing, hunt and results, with delegates back in the room on time. This region has a high concentration of conference hotels and a good share of our work here sits inside a wider event.
What happens if it rains?
Events run in all weather. For dates where you would rather not gamble, our indoor games bring the same competitive fun inside your venue, and we can hold both options open until close to the date.
Do we need our own phones?
No. We bring iPads pre-loaded with the app, and your event manager looks after all the kit on the day.
